Emily Alonso is our Chief Strategy Officer. She has over a decade of experience in the field as a community activist and thought leader, helping nonprofit organizations grow their impact by blending thoughtful program design and evaluation, project management, strategic fund development, and technology implementation. She is committed to connecting populations from marginalized communities to opportunity, especially surrounding education and workforce development. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in Education at UC Davis, with a research emphasis in Work-Based Learning, Career Pathways and Community Colleges. She holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Nonprofit Management and Public Policy from USC and a Bachelor's in Community and Regional Development.
