Maintaining an active volunteering component to any workplace increases employee retention and boosts morale. LA-Tech.org has created The Volunteer Academy, a simple way to keep your employees engaged with important acts of service within the LA area.

Our volunteer opportunities are mostly centered around supporting students and young people entering the tech workforce through resume reviews, mock interviews, mentorship and speaking engagements. This helps the next generation of diverse tech leaders learn and grow.
