LA-Tech.org's mission addresses underrepresentation of women in the tech industry by empowering and supporting women in pursuing careers and opportunities in the field. In 2023 42% of our placed interns in tech were women - this is above average for the tech workforce in California where women account for only 26% of the labor force in tech.
