Ruby Cisneros joined LA-Tech.org as Manager of Talent Development in October 2023 and has since transitioned into the Assistant Director of Innovation. In this role, she leads talent and partnership initiatives that expand access to tech careers for emerging professionals across Los Angeles, connecting talent with meaningful, tech-enabled programming and employers.

Her mission is to design and lead social impact programs that expand access to tech careers for historically disconnected communities, equipping participants with the mentorship, skills, and support they need to thrive in their careers and communities. 

Prior to LA-Tech.org, Ruby practiced as a higher education and student affairs professional, leading programs that fostered student engagement, leadership, and equitable access to postsecondary education.

Ruby earned her BA in Psychology from CSU Long Beach and her MS in Higher Education Leadership from CSU Fullerton. Outside of work, she enjoys adrenaline-filled adventures, live music, and exploring new countries.
