Scholars interested in tech internships will need to fill out a General Internship Program application on our job hiring platform. Interested? Please apply by clicking on this link: LA-Tech.org Internship Application

Scholars can expect TWO different parts of the application to complete. The first part is filling out the general application, this is where applicants input information such as:

  • Education (If Applicable)

  • Income

  • Permanent Home Address

  • Resume

  • LinkedIn

  • Portfolio (If Applicable)

The second part scholars can expect to complete is the pre-recorded application

You can expect to be paired with a Success Coach based on your preferred pathway. The Success Coach will be able to answer questions, provide updates and support throughout the process.

The pre-recorded section is meant for you to express your interest in an internship, and how your current/past experience will help your future career aspirations.

Once you complete the pre-recorded videos you will have access to the slack link where we regularly post internship opportunities.

You can expect to be contacted by your Success Coach if a hiring manager has sent an interview request to you. If you receive the request before your Success Coach contacts you, please respond in a timely manner.
