Valeria Aguirre
Valeria Aguirre is a designer and artist who is most passionate about product and graphic design that focuses on creating social and environmental change. She attended College of the Canyons where she received an AA in Graphic and Multimedia Design and is currently attending Santa Monica College. Previously, she was a scholar in Snap Design Academy and later on returned as a coach for the Snap Lens Academy. Today, she’s working with LA optimized to help businesses recover from the impacts of Covid, growing her product design skills, and working on her two businesses which center around art and design: Beyond Design and Sundown Gallery. On her free time she loves to collect books, paint and dance.
“My experience at the Academy's was one-of-a-kind. I could have never imagine how rewarding the experience would be, both during and after the academy. I learned so much about myself and what I wanted to do with my career while expanding my design and networking skills. I made so many lifelong connections and friends I am very grateful for. It was an amazing summer surrounded by very talented and hard-working people who are in courage each other to do our absolute best work. I can easily say that the academy shares my life and my future.”
