LA-Tech.org Taps AI Expert Jen García as Executive in Residence to Propel Next Level of AI Workforce Development

LOS ANGELES, CA – LA-Tech.org is thrilled to announce the appointment of Jen García as its new AI Executive in Residence. In this role, Jen will spearhead the development and implementation of artificial intelligence training programs for both the organization's staff and the young people it serves. Her responsibilities will include co-developing curriculum with internal trainers, translating evolving AI trends into practical training, and fostering the growth of AI leaders within the team.

Jen brings a wealth of experience to LA-Tech.org. She is the founder of ingrained.ai, a company focused on accessible, high-quality AI proficiency development, and serves as the AI Strategy & Partnerships Lead at Caltech’s Center for Technology and Management Education (CTME). With nearly two decades of teaching experience at universities including UCI Extension, USC, and Cal State Fullerton, Jen possesses a unique blend of educational expertise and strategic foresight. She is a Microsoft Certified AI Engineer Associate and a trusted advisor on responsible AI adoption. Through her work, Jen is dedicated to advancing equitable access to emerging technologies, ensuring human intelligence remains central to an AI-powered future.
